Delete Your Account from the Bounceback Platform
To delete your account and associated data from the Bounceback platform, please follow these steps:
Open the Bounceback for Educators mobile app.
Log in to the app with your username and password, if you have not already done so.
Go to the Profile tab by clicking on the Person icon in the bottom right of the app.
Click on the red Delete Account button at the bottom of the page.
Click the red Confirm button to permanently delete your account.
When deleting your account, all app-related user-identifiable data, including viewing progress, bookmarks, and module certificates, will also be deleted.

Additional Information
Data Security: At Bounceback, your privacy and security are our priority. Once your account is deleted, we permanently erase all identifiable data from our servers. This includes your course history, progress data, saved preferences, and certificates of completion. Please note that this process is irreversible.
